About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Food and Beverage Server to join our team at Grand Banker Bar & Grill. As a Food and Beverage Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our guests have a memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet patrons, present menus, make recommendations, and answer questions regarding food and beverages.
  • Food and Beverage Service: Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Order Taking: Take orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff.
  • Payment Processing: Present bills to customers and accept payment in cash, credit, or debit cards.
  • Menu Knowledge: Describe menu items, including daily specials, to customers.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service.
  • Adaptability: Be flexible and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
  • Age: Must be of legal age to mix and serve alcoholic beverages.
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Work Experience: Experience an asset.
  • Language: English language proficiency required.
Work Environment

As a Food and Beverage Server at Grand Banker Bar & Grill, you will work in a fast-paced restaurant environment with a focus on providing exceptional customer service. You will be required to stand for extended periods, work under pressure, and maintain a high level of energy and enthusiasm throughout your shift.
