Key Responsibilities:
* Provide support to students with special education needs in diverse classroom settings
* Collaborate with classroom teachers to establish a positive learning environment
* Utilize skills in providing support across personal care, mobility, communication, and life skills
* Implement positive behaviour supports and strategies, including Applied Behaviour Analysis
* Handle classroom management and emergency situations effectively
* Communicate sensitively and courteously with children, parents, staff, and others

Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Proven experience working with students with special education needs across various age groups
* Ability to collaborate with classroom teachers and contribute to establishing a positive learning environment
* Comprehensive student support skills, including provision of support across personal care, mobility, communication, and life skills
* Behavioural expertise, including proficiency in Applied Behaviour Analysis strategies
* Classroom management skills, including the ability to handle emergency situations effectively
* Effective communication skills, including the ability to communicate sensitively and courteously with children, parents, staff, and others
* Adherence to protocols and commitment to confidentiality
