About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Strategic Retail Operations Manager to join our team at Paras Fashion Bridal Ltd.

Job Summary:

The Strategic Retail Operations Manager will be responsible for evaluating daily operations, planning and organizing daily tasks, managing staff, determining merchandise and services to be sold, locating and procuring merchandise for resale, resolving customer issues, conducting performance reviews, and maintaining a fast-paced work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and improve daily store operations to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Plan and organize daily tasks and duties for staff members.
  • Manage and supervise store staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Determine which merchandise and services to sell in-store, including negotiating with suppliers and making purchasing decisions.
  • Locate and procure new merchandise for resale, ensuring high-quality products that meet customer expectations.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews with staff members to discuss areas of improvement and provide feedback.
  • Maintain a fast-paced work environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously.

Requirements:

  • 2 years of experience in retail management or a related field.
  • College diploma or equivalent in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff members.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and visual display.
