Job Summary

Captain Foods ltd. seeks a seasoned Wholesale Establishment Manager to spearhead our retail operations. Responsibilities
  • Staff Management: Oversee a team of retail professionals, providing guidance, training, and mentorship to ensure exceptional customer service and sales performance.
  • Market Research and Trends: Analyze market research and trends to identify consumer demand, sales opportunities, and competitor activity, informing strategic business decisions.
  • Merchandise and Services: Determine the products and services to be offered, ensuring they meet customer needs and align with business objectives.
  • Price and Credits Policies: Develop and implement pricing strategies, managing credits and returns to maximize revenue.
  • Supply Chain Management: Source and procure merchandise, ensuring timely delivery and optimal stock levels.
  • Marketing Strategies: Design and implement marketing campaigns to promote products, drive sales, and build brand awareness.
  • Budget Planning and Control: Establish and manage budgets, monitoring revenue and expenses to ensure financial stability.
  • Staffing and Recruitment: Determine staffing requirements, recruit, and hire top talent to drive business success.
  • Operational Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, ensuring seamless execution and continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Work Setting: Various locations, retail/wholesale establishment/distribution centre
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week
