Westland Immigration Visa Services Inc. is a dynamic and growing company that specializes in immigration services. We are seeking a Marketing Manager - Business Development Strategist to join our team.

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Marketing Manager - Business Development Strategist to develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our business services. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues alike.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop Promotional Materials: Create and disseminate promotional materials such as brochures, flyers, and social media posts to raise awareness of our services.
  • Manage Contracts: Negotiate and manage contracts with clients to ensure effective delivery of our services.
  • Market Business Services: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our business services to potential clients.
  • Plan and Control Budget and Expenditures: Establish and manage budgets for marketing campaigns and ensure effective control of expenditures.
  • Write and Edit Press Releases, Newsletter, and Communications Materials: Write and edit press releases, newsletters, and other communications materials to promote our services.
  • Direct and Evaluate Establishments and Departments: Direct and evaluate establishments and departments responsible for developing and implementing communication strategies and information programs.
  • Direct and Evaluate Establishments and Departments: Direct and evaluate establishments and departments responsible for maintaining media relations on behalf of businesses, governments, and other organizations.

  • Answer Written and Oral Inquiries: Respond to written and oral inquiries from clients and colleagues.
  • Assist in Preparation of Brochures, Reports, Newsletters, and Other Material: Assist in the preparation of brochures, reports, newsletters, and other materials to support marketing efforts.
  • Co-ordinate Special Publicity Events and Promotions: Co-ordinate special publicity events and promotions to raise awareness of our services.
  • Initiate and Maintain Contact with Media: Establish and maintain contact with media representatives to promote our services.
  • Prepare Sports, Literary, Performance, or Other Contracts: Prepare contracts related to sports, literary, performance, or other activities.
  • Consult with Clients after Sale to Provide Ongoing Support: Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support and ensure satisfaction with our services.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
Estimated Salary

$65,000 - $85,000 per annum, depending on experience.
