Job Summary

Kensington Health is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Research Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of clinical research studies, including literature reviews, data collection, and study updates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Literature Reviews and Data Collection: Conduct thorough literature reviews, extract relevant publications, and collect data from various sources.
  • Study Coordination: Assist with the initiation and continuation of studies, ensuring all aspects are in accordance with local, national, and international research-related legislation.
  • Data Management: Coordinate data collection, source documentation, and data entry, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Recruitment and Follow-up: Recruit and follow up with study participants, ensuring their needs are met and data is collected efficiently.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Communicate effectively with investigators, clinical teams, and study participants, ensuring seamless collaboration and data collection.
  • Administrative Tasks: Assist with preparing for site visits and audits, developing and maintaining databases, and performing other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Completed an undergraduate or higher degree in a relevant field, with basic and clinical research experience in a hospital or university setting.
  • Skills and Abilities: Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, strong organizational and time management skills, and proficiency with MS Office software.
  • Knowledge and Certifications: Familiarity with clinical trial methodologies, database management, and certification in good clinical practice (GCP), TCPS2, and privacy.
