Automotive Repossession Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused professional to manage repossession accounts, ensuring smooth coordination between various stakeholders, and maintaining compliance with applicable legal standards.
Key Responsibilities- Account Management: Manage assigned repossession accounts, aligning processes with company standards, timelines, and legal requirements.
- Legal Documentation: Draft and manage legal documents related to repossession processes, ensuring all paperwork complies with provincial legislation and company policy.
- Document Management: Collect contracts and relevant documents from vendors and maintain accurate and organized records for all repossession cases.
- University or college degree preferred
- Two (2) to five (5) years of remarketing, repossession and collections experience or combination of education and industry related experience
- Strong communication in English is required
- Ability to work well with others with past experience in the Repossession industry
- Tech savvy and having the ability to adjust to a variety of different software
- Proven experience providing effective follow up to customers
A competitive annual salary of $52,500 - $62,000, along with benefits including medical and dental coverage after three months, bonus paid out based on company performance, three weeks vacation, two volunteer days, two float days, health spending account, hybrid work arrangement, onsite gym, full-service cafeteria, free coffee, and beautiful forest scenery make this role attractive to candidates.
