About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Director to join our team at Parmar Bros Inc. As a Store Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring that all aspects of the business are running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Management: Manage and supervise a team of staff members, assigning duties and responsibilities to ensure that all tasks are completed to a high standard.
  • Merchandise and Services: Determine the types of merchandise and services to be sold in the store, ensuring that they meet the needs and expectations of our customers.
  • Procurement: Locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale, ensuring that it is of high quality and meets our company's standards.
  • Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote the store and its products, increasing sales and customer engagement.
  • Staffing Requirements: Determine the staffing requirements for the store, ensuring that we have the right number of staff members to meet customer demand.
  • Issue Resolution: Resolve any issues that may arise, including customer complaints, supply shortages, and other operational challenges.
  • Office and Volunteer Staff Supervision: Supervise office and volunteer staff, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively.
  • Operations Planning: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate the daily operations of the store, ensuring that it is running smoothly and efficiently.
Supervision and Work Environment
  • Supervision: Supervise 1 to 2 people.
  • Work Term: Permanent.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 40 hours per week.
