About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Director to join our team at Parmar Bros Inc. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our store and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Management: Supervise and manage a team of 1 to 2 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure they are meeting their job requirements.
  • Merchandise and Services: Determine the types of merchandise and services to be sold in our store, ensuring that they meet the needs and expectations of our customers.
  • Procurement: Locate and select merchandise for resale, ensuring that it is of high quality and meets our company's standards.
  • Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote our store and attract new customers.
  • Staffing Requirements: Determine the staffing requirements for our store, ensuring that we have the right number of staff members to meet customer demand.
  • Issue Resolution: Resolve any issues that may arise, including customer complaints, supply shortages, and other operational challenges.
  • Office and Volunteer Staff Supervision: Supervise office and volunteer staff, ensuring that they are meeting their job requirements and providing excellent customer service.
  • Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate the daily operations of our store, ensuring that they are running smoothly and efficiently.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Work Language: English
  • Work Term: Permanent
  • Hours: 40 hours per week
