Job Title: Building Maintenance Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Building Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at SQ Construction. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of our buildings and facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of maintenance staff to ensure timely and efficient completion of tasks.
  • Conduct regular inspections of buildings and facilities to identify maintenance needs and develop plans to address them.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inventory, and equipment maintenance.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of maintenance activities with other operational functions.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Recruit, train, and evaluate maintenance staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in a maintenance or supervisory role.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of maintenance procedures and protocols.
Working Conditions:
  • Willingness to travel to various locations as required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
Language:

English is the primary language of communication in this role.

Work Schedule:

30-40 hours per week.
