We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at 839466 Yukon Inc. as a permanent full-time position.
Key Responsibilities- Communication and Reception
- Answer and direct telephone calls and messages in a professional manner.
- Respond to correspondence and inquiries in a timely and accurate manner.
- Administrative Support
- Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
- Assist with the maintenance of office supplies and inventory.
- Document Preparation
- Prepare and proofread correspondence, reports, and other documents.
- Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all documents.
- Bookkeeping and Financial Tasks
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, including reconciliations and financial reporting.
- Work Environment and Physical Demands
- Work in a fast-paced office environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain a high level of productivity.
- Personal Qualities and Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Organized and detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.
- Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in an administrative role.
- 35 hours per week.
- Permanent full-time position.
- Work Language: English.
