About the Role

The Reliability Coordinator will play a key role in leading the operations of the reliability department, driving improvements in efficiency, and fostering a culture of excellence.

Responsibilities
  • Quality and Safety: Ensure compliance with quality, health, and safety standards, occupational health, and safety regulations, and company policies.
  • Technical Expertise: Provide maintenance plans for building systems, equipment, and services. Develop programs and registers to optimize equipment performance.
  • Leadership and Team Management: Assign tasks to employees, ensure their completion, and maintain open communication channels. Participate in meetings, present technical information, and act as a liaison between clients, consultants, and service providers.
  • Performance Monitoring and Improvement: Continuously seek improvements to recurring equipment failures, monitor and inspect building equipment and systems, and ensure they are functioning within normal operating parameters.
Requirements
  • Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to read technical diagrams, documents, and procedures to determine the best methods of problem-solving.
  • Effective Communication: Communicate effectively with the immediate supervisor, share organizational expectations, and inform team members of their objectives.
  • Collaboration and Leadership: Ensure employees are working in an optimal manner, provide coaching to improve task efficiency, and develop an individual development plan with employees to improve their performance.
  • Technical Knowledge and Expertise: Bilingual with strong technical knowledge and expertise in maintenance and reliability.
