Overview of the Position

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Production Team Partner to join our team at UniFirst, an international leader in the garment services industry. As a key member of our production team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. About the Job

This Production Team Partner role involves working with soiled products from service trucks, clearing and sorting them, and assisting with customer account modifications. The ideal candidate will have a high school education or GED, be at least 16 years old, and be able to stand for 8 hours while lifting up to 35 pounds. Additional requirements include basic math skills and the ability to read, write, and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities and Expectations
  • Unload soiled products from trucks
  • Separate products by type
  • Weigh soiled products and hoist/store until next process
  • Handle reductions and/or modifications to the customer's account (either adding or removing product)
  • Follow all safety policies, HACCP and medical guidelines
  • Perform other duties as described by area supervisor or management
