Job Title: Sales Clerk

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Clerk to join our team at Dr. Phone Fix. As a Sales Clerk, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating cash registers, and maintaining sales records for inventory control.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate cash registers and process sales transactions
  • Provide advice and guidance to customers on merchandise and services
  • Maintain accurate sales records and inventory levels
  • Assist in displaying merchandise and preparing sales materials
  • Conduct sales transactions through internet-based electronic commerce
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous sales or customer service experience an asset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods
