About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Dr. Phone Fix. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating cash registers, and maintaining sales records for inventory control.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet customers, discuss merchandise or services, and provide advice to ensure a positive shopping experience.
  • Sales Transactions: Conduct sales transactions through Internet-based electronic commerce and maintain accurate records.
  • Merchandise Preparation: Prepare merchandise for purchase, rental, or lease, and assist in display of merchandise.
  • Inventory Control: Maintain sales records for inventory control and ensure accurate stock levels.
Work Environment

As a Sales Associate at Dr. Phone Fix, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. You will be required to stand for extended periods and have the ability to distinguish between colors.

Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
  • Experience: Experience is an asset, but not necessary.
  • Personal Suitability: Hardworking, integrity, positive attitude, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, and organized.
