Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Structural Metal Fitter Supervisor to join our team at SAT Metal Fabrication Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the operation of our company, ensuring health and safety regulations are followed, and supervising a team of 5-10 people.

Key Responsibilities
  • Estimate costs and materials for metal fabrication projects
  • Train or arrange for training of team members
  • Co-ordinate and schedule activities to meet project deadlines
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Supervise workers and projects to ensure quality and efficiency
Requirements
  • College/CEGEP education
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in metal fabrication
  • Equivalent experience may be considered
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on metal fabrication. The work site will be noisy, and the candidate must be able to work in a shopwork setting.

Language

The primary language of work is English.

Work Hours

The successful candidate will work 30 to 40 hours per week.
