Project Manager for Collective Impact Initiative

Refugee 613 is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead the implementation of the Collective Impact Initiative for Refugee Claimants (CIIRC). This is a multi-year project funded by the Anar Fund (via the Ottawa Community Foundation) aiming to improve services for refugee claimants in Ottawa.
The Project Manager will work closely with the Refugee 613 Director and members of CIIRC to coordinate and oversee the activities of this new stakeholder collective. Key responsibilities include project management, stakeholder relations, monitoring and evaluation, and recruitment and supervision of a small team.
The ideal candidate will have minimum two years of experience managing projects in a non-profit environment, including responsibility for finances and governance. Knowledge of human services, especially immigrant services, is an asset. Strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential.
Main Responsibilities:- Lead the development of a project implementation plan based on the strategy of change and governance model.
- Collaborate with external consultants to develop and implement a monitoring and evaluation plan that reflects the key priorities.
- Coordinate partners, colleagues, and consultants to develop comprehensive internal and external communications plans for CIIRC.
- Determine staffing needs to achieve program goals and objectives and participate in recruitment processes for new program employees.
- A minimum of two years experience managing projects in a non-profit environment.
- Knowledge of human services, with experience in immigrant services an asset.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Salary & Benefits: $63,700 to $64,974 annually. Comprehensive benefits plan including health, dental, an RRSP plan and a generous leave entitlement.
