Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Welcome, engage with, and meet the needs of our clients, providing retail sales customer service and ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Coordinate Service Delivery: Work closely with service technicians and sales consultants to oversee client order administration, ensuring accurate information is presented to our clients.
  • Communicate Effectively: Handle communication between clients, therapists, and funders, providing excellent customer service and making a positive impact on our clients' lives.
  • Manage Administrative Tasks: Update databases, schedule and coordinate service technicians' work, and follow up with clients to confirm paperwork and rental agreements.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: A degree or diploma from a post-secondary institution or a minimum of 2 years of experience in a fast-paced office environment or a customer-facing role.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with people and work with customers to find the best solutions to fit their needs.
  • Flexibility and Organization: Deadline-driven, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, and navigate any situation in a friendly, professional, and compassionate manner.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable navigating databases, with experience with Jobber and Navision an asset.
