Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Operations Coordinator to join our team at North Park Plaza Management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events to support business objectives.
  • Develop and manage budgets to ensure efficient resource allocation and cost control.
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and compliance.
  • Provide training and development opportunities to enhance the skills of colleagues.
  • Determine and establish office routines and procedures to optimize productivity.
  • Design and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Oversee training and development initiatives to drive business growth.
  • Respond to incoming telephone calls and messages, providing timely and accurate information to stakeholders.
  • Handle electronic inquiries from clients and prospects, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
  • Manage payroll administration to ensure accurate and timely payments.
  • Work Term: Temporary.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 40 hours per week.

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.

About the Role

This is a temporary full-time position with North Park Plaza Management. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating operations, managing budgets, and providing administrative support to the team.

Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate required.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of relevant work experience.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. A strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively are essential for this role.
