Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at JAGROAN ENTERPRISES LTD. DBA GIANS SWEET SHOP. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Estimate Ingredients and Supplies: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining the highest level of quality and consistency in all aspects of our food service operations.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing accurate and timely information to support business decisions.
  • Scheduling: Establish work schedules, ensuring that all staff are adequately trained and prepared to meet the demands of our food service operations.
  • Performing Duties: Perform same duties as workers supervised, demonstrating a willingness to roll up your sleeves and contribute to the success of our team.
Work Environment:

As a Food Service Supervisor, you will work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure to meet customer demands and maintain the highest level of quality and service. You will be required to work effectively in a team environment, communicating clearly and respectfully with colleagues and customers.

Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
