About the Role
We're seeking a skilled Program Coordinator to join our sales team and work closely with a major client of Jolera. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, managing customer escalations, and ensuring seamless onboarding processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer relationships and ensure timely communication
  • Coordinate quarterly customer temperature calls and manage smaller customer accounts
  • Keep clients informed about new marketing initiatives and manage customer escalations
  • Represent the Rev team on Onboarding kickoff calls and assist with monthly billing coordination
  • Continuously improve current processes and manage CRM entries as needed
  • Update client pipeline on a regular basis and roll performance

Requirements
  • 2+ years of work experience in client-facing roles in sales or IT operations with a major telco in Canada
  • Confident knowledge of technology services sales and general negotiating principles
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and high-touch customer skills
  • Strong organization and time-management skills
