Key Responsibilities- Manage kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation
- Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure high standards of food quality and safety
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations
- Monitor inventory and supplies, ordering as needed to maintain optimal levels
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service and high customer satisfaction
- 1-2 years of experience in a kitchen management role
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Food Safety Certificate
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain attention to detail
