We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Kitchen Manager to join our team at Boston Pizza - Tsawwassen. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
- Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
- Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances.
- Work under pressure in a fast-paced environment to meet customer demands.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Food Safety Certificate.
- Excellent oral communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
