Kitchen Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled Kitchen Manager to join our team at Boston Pizza - Tsawwassen. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen, maintaining high standards of food quality and safety, and leading a team of culinary professionals.
Key Responsibilities- Food Preparation and Service: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods, ensuring that all dishes meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
- Kitchen Maintenance: Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment, and ensure that the kitchen is clean and well-organized at all times.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are able to perform their duties to the best of their ability.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, ensuring that all customers receive a positive and memorable dining experience.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Certifications: Food Safety Certificate.
