Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Services Officer to join our team at Perfection Kitchen Cabinets Ltd.
The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, coordinating office services, and preparing periodic reports.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
- Coordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, equipment, and supplies
- Prepare periodic reports, manuals, and correspondence
- Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
Requirements:
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in administrative services
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Ability to work in a multicultural environment and provide diversity and cultural training
Working Conditions:
- 35 to 40 hours per week
- English language required
