About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Site Technician to join our team at Trucent, Inc. in the Oakville, Ontario area. As a Site Technician, you will play a critical role in the maintenance and support of our customers' metalworking fluid systems, providing troubleshooting support and ensuring the smooth operation of our industrial processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on metalworking fluid systems, including fluid sampling, testing, and replacement.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers and internal teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues and improve process efficiency.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Some industrial or manufacturing experience preferred.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid Driver's License and ability to pass security clearance and background checks.
