We are seeking a Senior UX Designer to elevate our team's capabilities in delivering exceptional digital experiences.

  • Lead: Take charge of the discovery and design phases of key projects
  • Engage: Prepare and lead workshops to gather input and align diverse perspectives
  • Research: Conduct in-depth UX research and synthesize findings
  • Test & Refine: Perform usability testing and refine designs based on user feedback
  • Collaborate: Work with our multidisciplinary team to keep projects moving forward
  • Delegate & Mentor: Provide input and feedback to other designers on your projects
  • Promote: Represent Evolving Web as a subject matter expert to existing and potential clients by delivering pitches

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 8 years in UX design, ideally within a digital agency
  • Multitasker: Ability to juggle multiple projects with ease
  • Research Pro: Expertise in UX research for institutional clients or projects with similar complexity
  • Usability Expert: Experience in usability testing and design optimization
  • Bilingual Bonus: Proficiency in English and French is a plus

Additional Qualities:

  • Sales Support: Experience contributing to writing proposals and delivering pitches

Work Environment:

  • Flexible hybrid: For candidates based in Montreal and its suburbs, this role follows a hybrid work schedule, with three days in the office and two days working remotely each week. For those residing outside of Montreal and its surrounding areas, this position is fully remote
