Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Management Consultant to join our team at Olade Consulting. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to our clients on a range of business issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advise project teams on business strategy and operations
  • Assign and coordinate projects and programs
  • Direct the operations of an organization or department that provides services
  • Evaluate the operations of establishments that provide services to business
  • Provide expertise in response to clients' needs
  • Review projects and programs
  • Plan and direct research
  • Direct and advise staff in the development and implementation of service quality assessment strategies
  • Plan, administer and control budgets for client projects, contracts, equipment and supplies
  • Plan, develop and organize the policies and procedures of establishments
  • Leading/instructing groups
  • Monitor and evaluate
  • Prepare research papers for publication and presentation
  • Prepare and submit progress and other reports
  • Develop marketing and communication plans
  • Analyze and provide advice on the managerial methods and organization of an establishment
  • Develop flowcharts, layouts and documentation to identify solutions
  • Coordinate IT projects, including the design and deployment of new IT systems and services
Requirements
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a related field
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Ability to lead and motivate teams
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of business operations
