About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Business Development Officer to join our team at Pandher Building Maintenance Ltd. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development through strategic planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Business Strategies

Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and expansion of our commercial services.

Market Research and Analysis

Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and trends.

Client Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners to drive business growth and development.

Project Planning and Execution

Plan and execute projects to achieve business objectives and drive growth.

Reporting and Analysis

Prepare and present reports and analysis to stakeholders to inform business decisions.

Requirements
  • Education

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business, marketing, or a related field.

Experience

1-2 years of experience in a business development or commercial role.

Skills

Strong business development and commercial skills, with the ability to think strategically and execute plans effectively.

Personal Qualities

Highly motivated and organized, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
