Job Summary

The Program Manager Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the implementation of patient support programs, including managing a team of nurse case managers and program coordinators. Key responsibilities include participating in hiring and onboarding new team members, coordinating training, developing processes, and reviewing performance metrics.

Duties and Responsibilities

- Ensure successful program operations and services delivery
- Educate team members on program standards and performance goals
- Maintain up-to-date documentation and training matrices
- Communicate regional operational issues to the Program Manager
- Meet performance targets and recommend adjustments as needed
- Monitor KPIs and ensure alignment with expectations
- Facilitate recruitment, orientation, evaluation, and retention of staff
- Complete annual evaluations
- Identify, document, and implement process improvements
- Collaborate with internal departments providing program-related services
- Conduct quality audits to ensure workflow accuracy and adherence to pharmaceutical partner guidelines
- Ensure accurate clinical records in CRM systems
- Participate in meetings with pharmaceutical partners and internal stakeholders
- Lead team meetings and assist with billing and forecasting
- Respond to ad-hoc requests from pharmaceutical partners, senior management, and external stakeholders

Requirements

Education
- College or university degree in management, health science, or related field

Experience
- Fluency in verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills in English and French (for provinces/regions with French language service requirements)
- Experience in pharmaceutical patient support programs strongly recommended
- Minimum one year of experience in people management is an asset
- Strong leadership, organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a quiet environment with high-speed internet access

Salary Range
$90,000 - $110,000 per annum
