Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Housekeeping Operations Manager to join our team at NPC/Sandman Hotel Group. In this role, you will oversee the housekeeping department, ensuring that all areas of the hotel are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and implement operational procedures for housekeeping staff
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of housekeeping supervisors and crews
  • Maintain inventory of supplies, equipment, and uniforms
  • Ensure that safety standards and departmental policies are met
  • Prepare budgets and payrolls for the housekeeping department
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
Compensation and Benefits:

The salary for this position is approximately $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including dental, health care, and vision care benefits. Additionally, we participate in programs that support newcomers and refugees, as well as indigenous communities.
