Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team at Aramark. As a Housekeeper, you will play a critical role in maintaining the cleanliness and safety of our facilities, ensuring a positive experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a high level of customer service, providing friendly and efficient interactions with guests, clients, and colleagues.
  • Ensure all assigned areas, including corridors and ancillary spaces, are kept clean, neat, and sanitary, adhering to preventative maintenance procedures.
  • Inspect and utilize judgment to determine the most effective cleaning techniques, as outlined in orientation guidelines.
  • Operate housekeeping equipment and solutions safely and efficiently, as observed by supervisors.
  • Disinfect and sterilize equipment and supplies, using germicides and sterilizing equipment, as needed.
  • Properly dispose of trash and bio-hazardous materials, employing universal precautions.
  • Keep carts stocked with equipment and cleaning supplies, ensuring accurate labeling and proper functioning of equipment.
  • Promote effective interpersonal relationships and maintain professional conduct at all times.
  • Contribute to improving productivity and efficient operations within the department.
  • Adhere to component and departmental training commitments, demonstrating commitment to professional growth and competence.
Requirements
  • Prior cleaning experience is preferred.
  • Attention to detail is essential.
  • Effective communication skills are required for interacting with clients, senior management, and Aramark support staff.
  • Ability to respond effectively to changing demands.
Physical Demands

This role may involve physical demands, including lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and/or extended walking and standing. Uniforms and/or Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) may be required.

Pay Rate: $20.00
