Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and Implement Operational Procedures

Develop and implement effective operational procedures to ensure seamless day-to-day operations, including food preparation, service, and inventory management.

Lead and Manage Food Service Staff

Supervise and train food service staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent customer service and prepare high-quality food products.

Manage Food Quality and Safety

Ensure that all food products meet our high standards of quality and safety, and that our kitchen and dining areas are clean and well-maintained.

Monitor and Control Inventory

Manage inventory levels to ensure that we have the necessary supplies to meet customer demand, and that we minimize waste and excess inventory.

Provide Excellent Customer Service

Ensure that our customers receive exceptional service, including responding to customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements
  • Education

College or equivalent education in a related field, such as hospitality or food service management.

Experience

At least 1 year of experience in a food service supervisory role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.

Skills

Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff to achieve high levels of performance.

Physical Demands

Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and perform other physical demands of the job.
