Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

Mossah Foods Corp. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that all food and service meet quality control standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including food preparation, portioning, and presentation.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
  • Requisition food and kitchen supplies, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Prepare and submit reports, and maintain accurate records of staff performance and customer feedback.
Requirements:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
  • Other trades certificate or diploma.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform tasks that require manual dexterity.
Work Environment:

The Food Service Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. The position requires the ability to work under pressure and in a team environment.
