**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced Event Planner to join our team in Calgary, AB. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and executing events, including conferences, meetings, and other special events. The Event Planner will coordinate all aspects of the event, including budgeting, scheduling, venue selection, vendor selection, and event promotion.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Plan and execute events, including conferences, meetings, and other special events

• Coordinate all aspects of the event, including budgeting, scheduling, venue selection, vendor selection, and event promotion

• Develop and implement event marketing strategies

• Manage event logistics, including catering, audiovisual, and transportation

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful event execution

**Requirements:**

• Bachelor's degree in Event Planning, Hospitality, or related field

• At least 3 years of experience in event planning

• Excellent organizational and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Knowledge of event planning software

• Knowledge of budgeting and financial management
