Sales Support Associate

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Secretary to join our team at Marble Slab Creamery & Poko Popcorn Prince George. As a Sales Secretary, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team by providing administrative assistance, managing office procedures, and ensuring seamless customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Office Administration: Establish and maintain office procedures and routines, schedule appointments, and manage office supplies.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, answer telephone calls and electronic enquiries, and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Data Management: Compile data, statistics, and other information, and perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate records.
- Communication: Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents, and communicate effectively with colleagues and customers.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets, and contribute to a positive and productive work environment.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a sales or administrative role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
- Work Environment: 40 hours per week, permanent position.
- Language: English.
