The Engineer/Design Coordinator will play a key role in coordinating design phase, pre-construction activities, and business development efforts. This requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication and soft skills, capable of liaising with clients, design teams, and internal departments.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and oversee design/engineering phase, ensuring alignment with client requirements, timelines, and budgets.
  • Manage technical drawings, specifications, and design documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards and client requirements.
  • Collaborate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to address design challenges and propose effective solutions.
  • Support pre-construction activities by assisting with budgets, schedules, and procurement strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in design coordination or project engineering role within construction, engineering or design industry.
  • Proven ability to manage design and pre-construction activities for complex projects.
  • Excellent communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. Strong soft skills.
