Assistant Store Manager Job Description

At Sally Beauty Holdings, Inc., we're passionate about empowering beauty professionals to succeed. As an Assistant Store Manager, you'll play a vital role in driving sales growth, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and fostering a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Store Manager in all areas, including sales, customer service, and store operations.
  • Oversee store operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Manage talent, inspire your team, and promote a culture of diversity, inclusion, and belonging.
  • Drive sales growth by analyzing sales data, identifying opportunities, and implementing effective strategies.
  • Protect customers, associates, and store assets by ensuring adherence to safety and security protocols.
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of customer service/retail sales experience and 1 year of previous sales management experience.
  • Previous experience in operational, financial, and performance management.
  • Cosmetology license is a plus, but not required.
  • Self-starter attitude with a drive to continuously learn, develop, and educate store personnel and customers.
  • Passion for all things hair and beauty.
