Job Summary

The Regional Service Manager is a key leadership role responsible for the effective management of a skilled trades operation. This position requires a strong focus on team engagement, process development, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive team engagement to achieve service level agreements and maintain compliance with all regulatory, safety, and other requirements.
  • Collaborate on process development and implementation to improve operational efficiency.
  • Manage operational budgets with a focus on cost control and weekly work order expenditures.
  • Deploy technicians to projects and work orders, ensuring timely completion and adherence to requirements.
  • Monitor and drive team performance to achieve service level agreements and performance metrics.

Requirements

  • 8-10 years of trades operations work experience, with at least 5 years at the supervisory or management level.
  • In-depth knowledge of applicable regulatory requirements and current awareness.
  • Technical expertise in one or more skilled trades discipline – refrigeration, electrical, plumbing.
  • Ability to lead and engage a team of skilled trades employees and drive performance to ensure all requirements are achieved.
