At Resonaite, we are seeking a seasoned SAP Implementation Project Director to lead the successful delivery of complex SAP projects in challenging and dynamic environments.

This role demands a highly skilled professional with deep expertise in SAP implementation, exceptional project management skills, and the ability to navigate and influence at the C-suite level.

The ideal candidate will excel in managing budgets, timelines, and stakeholders while fostering collaboration and driving results.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated individual to oversee the end-to-end delivery of complex SAP implementations, ensuring alignment with business objectives and project scope.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive program plans using MS Project, defining clear milestones, deliverables, and timelines.Establish and enforce best practices in project management within an immature project environment, driving structure and accountability.Engage and influence C-suite executives and senior business stakeholders to align program goals with organizational priorities.Manage challenging stakeholder dynamics, facilitating effective communication and resolution of conflicts.Act as the primary point of contact between technical teams, business units, and external vendors.Manage financial risks, deliver cost optimization strategies, and ensure compliance with financial governance.Proactively identify program risks and issues, developing mitigation strategies and ensuring timely resolution.Lead cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring alignment on project objectives.Manage resource allocation, ensuring optimal team performance and delivery quality.Mentor and guide project team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 10+ years of experience in program management, with a strong focus on SAP implementations.
  • A proven track record of delivering large-scale, complex SAP projects in challenging environments.
  • Expertise in using MS Project to manage and track detailed project plans.
  • Extensive experience managing budgets with a strong understanding of capex and opex principles.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging and influencing at the C-suite level.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
  • Excellent financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive results in immature project environments.

Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.

Location: Remote or office-based, flexible options available.
