Key Responsibilities:- Team Management: Lead and manage a team of 5-10 client service representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and feedback to ensure they meet their performance goals.
- Client Service: Ensure that all client interactions are handled in a professional and timely manner, resolving issues and concerns in a fair and efficient manner.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports to management on team performance, client satisfaction, and other key metrics.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a client service or supervisory role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in MS Office.
