Job Title: Food Service Supervisor
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Chuck's Roadhouse Bar & Grill. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen and dining areas, supervising staff, and maintaining high standards of quality and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff, ensuring that food is prepared and served to the highest standards.
- Train and develop staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation.
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Prepare and submit reports as required.
Requirements:
- 3-4 years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects.
