Job Title: Client Service Supervisor
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Client Service Supervisor to join our team at ESSO Gas Station. As a Client Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our gas station, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our team members are working efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Management: Establish and maintain high standards of customer service, ensuring that all customers receive a positive experience.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and train a team of 5-10 employees, providing guidance and support to ensure they are working effectively.
- Task Management: Authorize routine deposits and withdrawals, examine and verify the accuracy of work, and perform same duties as workers supervised.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit reports on team performance, customer feedback, and operational efficiency.
- Computer and Technology: Maintain operation of computer systems, equipment, machinery, and arrange repair work to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.
Requirements:
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year or equivalent experience.
- Skills: Excellent oral and written communication, organized, reliable, team player, and efficient interpersonal skills.
Work Environment: Fast-paced environment, large workload, overtime required, and tight deadlines.
Language: English.
Work Hours: 37 hours per week.
