Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at SUBWAY. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish efficient methods to meet work schedules and maintain a smooth operation.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that all food safety and quality standards are met.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation and ensure that all necessary materials are available.
  • Hire and manage food service staff to ensure that our team is well-equipped to provide excellent customer service.
  • Monitor and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to optimize our operations and reduce waste.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management to ensure that our team is meeting its goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • 3 years of experience in a food service or restaurant environment.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of productivity.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
