Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at SUBWAY. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet customer demand.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food preparation staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed to a high standard.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence within the team.
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, minimizing waste and optimizing inventory.
  • Hire and manage food service staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Monitor and maintain quality control standards, ensuring that all food and service meet our high expectations.
  • Prepare and submit reports on sales, stock, and other key performance indicators.
  • Establish and manage work schedules, ensuring that all staff are aware of their responsibilities and deadlines.

Requirements:

  • 3 years of experience in a food service management role.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
