The Role

We're looking for a Seasonal Stylist to join our team for a three-month period. As a Stylist, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers and will create a warm and inviting experience for them. You'll be up-to-date on current fashion trends and will have the ability to educate our customers on our products and inspire them to try new things.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver best-in-class customer service through personalized styling experiences and thorough product knowledge
  • Drive the business through delivering sales and meeting performance metrics
  • Educate customers on Mejuri's brand story and stay informed on all products, latest launches, and specialized services
  • Work collaboratively with a team of motivated and collaborative people who are unified by our corporate mission
  • Champion Mejuri's core values daily
  • Assist in efficiently transacting customers with accuracy and diligence
  • Support in executing all OMNI business services
  • Support in maintaining store appearance and inventory
  • Participate in continuous improvement to drive the business forward
Requirements
  • An ability to connect with customers in an authentic and warm way
  • Strong verbal communication skills and active listening
  • An ability to learn and retain relevant product knowledge
  • Ability to think critically and solve problems in the moment
  • Ability to meet and exceed key performance indicators
  • Ability to work on the sales floor for extended periods of time
  • History of successfully participating in a positive team working environment
