Fliphaus Interiors Inc is a small up and coming residential real estate staging company. We are dedicated to helping home sellers and realtors preparing their listings for sale to maximize its presentation. Whether you’re a realtor or stager, we understand that each project - and each individual - have different needs and requirements.
- Drivers License and Vehicle is a must. Mileage reimbursement included.
- Attention to detail and the ability to follow photo mark ups.
- Organizational Skills.
- Client Communication.
- Ability to communicate and lead others.
- Scarborough Based Warehouse but we service all of the GTA, and on occasion Oakville, Caledon, Oshawa.

Destaging includes the following responsibilities;
- working with a moving team, lifting and helping is required.
- packing up inventory at sold properties, lists/photos are provided.
- repairing small wall damage/cleaning.
- solo destaging which requires physical activity.
- driving up to a 10ft U-Haul Rental Truck on occasion.

Flex Work includes the following responsibilities;
- unpacking of inventory brought back from destage.
- repairing/cleaning of inventory items.
- organizing of inventory at Fliphaus Warehouse.
- warehouse help.
- shopping/supporting stages.
- delivering items to stages for stylists.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Seasonal, Freelance

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 25 per week

Flexible language requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (required)

Work Location: In person
