We are seeking an experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Eminent Resources Inc. in a permanent full-time capacity. As a key member of our retail operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of sales workers and ensuring the smooth operation of the store.

About this Role

This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced retail environment and utilize your leadership skills to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will have experience working in retail management and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.

The estimated salary range for this role is between $55,000 and $65,000 per year, depending on experience.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of sales workers, including assigning duties and tasks as needed.
  • Order merchandise and ensure that inventory levels are maintained.
  • Sell merchandise and meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
  • Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner.
  • Organize and maintain inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise.
  • Manage cash and maintain accurate records of sales and transactions.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least one year of experience working in retail management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with POS systems and other retail software.
Work Environment

This role requires working in a fast-paced retail environment with tight deadlines and regular contact with customers and staff. You must be able to walk and stand for long periods of time and work in a variety of weather conditions.
