Job Title: Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Esso gas station. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and train sales staff to provide exceptional customer service and meet sales targets.
  • Manage store inventory, including ordering and receiving merchandise, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Authorize payments, manage cash, and oversee payroll administration.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to staff to improve performance.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve sales goals and implement store promotions.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of retail management experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
