We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at H & I Environmental Groups Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, and establishing work priorities and ensuring procedures are followed and deadlines are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement new administrative procedures to improve office efficiency
  • Delegate work to office support staff to ensure tasks are completed on time
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including payroll administration and budget control
  • Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation
  • Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services
  • Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence
  • Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures
  • Commission systems and components
  • Monitor and evaluate

The ideal candidate will have 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role and be fluent in English. The working hours will be 30 to 40 hours per week.
